STROLLER ACCESSORIES

Next to my concept and look & feel work on long and complex projects for Bugaboo, I have also worked on accessory- and product styling projects. The Bugaboo wheelboard is one example for such a project, and also my personal favorite that keeps popping up in public spaces.

It attaches to all Bugaboo strollers and includes a detachable seat. That way it offers the option for a child to stand or sit. Its reversible, asymmetrical shape allows for more walking space for the parent.

In this case I was mainly responsible for the basic product architecture and the styling. That phase included sketching several build-up options and a detailed 3D CAD design model.

Other acceccories:

First universal “breezy” seat liner for the summer accessories collection. The towel terry top layer can absorb large amounts of water, open-cell foam and 3D mesh provide the neccessary breathability (2014)

Sketches and safety label design for a universal raincover that would fit three Bugaboo stroller models (2013)
